Lync: Audio Device
Web conferences rely on good audio and video. This discussion assumes that the hardware is installed and working properly. The following pages look at the tools available in Lync.

7. Try It: Review the Audio Options
Microsoft Lync is still open.
Go to Options->Tools->Options.
Click on Audio Device.
There are two options for Audio Device:

Audio device:
If you have more than one microphone, say the little mic that comes with the laptop and a wireless mic, you can choose which one you would prefer to use.

Customize your device:
There are three difference volume controls. The speaker, microphone and ringer can each have a different setting.
